Blueberries . . . .

Did you not just hear what I said - BLUEBERRIES, Thousands, Millions, BILLIONS!!! Okay not that many, but you get my drift - right ;) When we arrived here, we had only a few food bearing plants (1 Apple tree, 3 cherry, and 1 blueberry) since then we have added 1 pear and 1 more blueberry (we are cutting down the apple tree after they are all gone and getting new ones and we are also cutting down one of the cherry trees cause it will fall in the wind, we hope to replace that with another pear or mom wants a plum!) Mom has been wanting to take us to a you pick it farm and found, one, for blueberries! Well hey - WHY NOT!!! As it took us 3-4 months to get JUST 2 cups of berries from our own . . . . ;)

FOR HAY!!! Since we live in diary commuinty (actaully, if you live near CA - you might get some of OUR milk! Well not ours . . . . . ;) we are constainly around hay, corn, and well cows on a pasture - but you have to take a look at the view we had . . . .

AWWW, there babies!

Our coop not only has chickens (and soon to be rabbits ;) but barn sparrows have been nesting. All through this year we knocked down nest after nest and finally they decieded to go higher - and started nesting a foot above my dad (he is 6 :0 One night I went in, looking for something and came out of the coop to find these 4 little birds sitting on a old (and when I say OLD, I mean OLLLD :) power cord, thankfully my camera was out in the car, so there I am, running to the car to try and beat these birds and I snapped a few shots (some didn't turn out that good :( and I was about to take a video, when they flew - but something else had happened, I was too afraid to look, as the birds were to amazing to see - but when I got inside I did have the courage to look - and guess what, I HAVE been pooped upon by a sparrow, YUCK!!!!

Here are the ONLY good ones (well actually I did have more, but I had to delete some, as my laptop is sying :(

School

Is summer really almost over? I mean don't get me wrong, but come on, summer just started! Well we have off in October (Our Apples will need to be canned!) I am not that excited about starting school, cause I have to read my own history :( BUT in the mean time I have soo much to finish - why don't you take a look!

I am reading many books - but I like to focus on one book at a time! So here is the one that I have to finish in 2 weeks or less :/

(This is not what my crochet looks like ;) I am currently trying to finish the afghan that I started crocheting 5 years ago :/

( This is also not the same as mine;) I am finishing a cross-stitch that I started about 2 years ago :/

(this is not the same pattern) I am going to finish the jumper that I started about the beginning of this years ;)

I am going to finish the slit that I have hopefully by Sunday :)

So ya - on top of all that I am going to start math early since I'm behind :(

Anyway I found a band called The Rubyz - its a Christian band, unfortualtly they are not singing anymore :( Some of the songs that I like by them are on my playlist! At the bottom!

A sick mother, and so much more!

Dear Mommy got sick this past week, and she is finally feeling better, but the thing you all want to know is HOW we got sick! Well that is what I will tell you!

A couple weeks ago my dad stayed home, NOT a normal thing, that was prabably the first time in like 15 yrs that he stayed home from work, and then EXACTLY a week later he got sick AGAIN!!! Well last week Abby and George both got sick and Lindsay complained of a aching tummy, well yesterday the Public Health department called and said the bactiria growing in us was caused from, CHICKENS!!! So we are going lysol! LOL!

Thanks guys for all the prayers, mom is feeling much better!

Some friends of ours gave us a chicken that they didn't want, and the name was pineapple! We all thought of pineapple chicken, as the bird WAS meant for meat, but as it grew it got stubborn and was one of the most ANNOYING birds EVER!! Well she started crossing the road and yesterday Dad watch a truck and trailer run over her :( Yes I am very happy that I don't have to deal with her sqwaking and well it is more maddening that they didn't stop :(

More Picnik, maybe?

As I sit here listening to Zoegirl I have my mind babbling at the many things that I have to get done! I have to finish my skirt, (Hopefully) finish editing my pictures that I have put off for 2 MONTHS! And finish a row in my afghan! WOW! All on top of helping dear mom as she has caught this stomach bug, the one that Abby has :( If you could please keep her in your prayers. I think that I am coming down with it so Lindsay, Abby, George, Mom, and dad and I are staying home from church this morning (note - Dad is feeling fine, but mom needs help so he had to stay home ;)

I was editing my pictures this morning after chickens so here are the ones that I finished thus far!

P.S. Thanks guys for the prayers - Abby is feeling much better, but we had to go to the lab for some tests ( I think you probably know that it wasn't blood though!) The doctor suggested E.Coli or Salmonila - I hope it is not that =(

In need of some prayer

Dear Friends,

I am asking for some prayer. My little sister Abby has had a stomach bug for the past 3 days and now she has blood in her stool, could you please be praying it is nothing serious. She has a doctors Appt this afternoon, and I will be posting what it is after we figure it out!
